Is the free plan completely free — no credit card required?
Yes. The Starter plan includes 50 conversions per month at no cost, with no credit card required. Plugin features available on Starter depend on VayaPin's current plan matrix. Upgrade when you need higher volume.
Will this slow down my store?
VayaPin loads checkout assets where needed, with a minimal JS footprint on checkout. Assets load asynchronously, with negligible impact on Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP). Still profile your stack alongside other plugins.
What happens when a customer doesn't have a VayaPin?
They checkout with a normal address. An optional checkbox can offer: Create my VayaPin with this information for faster checkout everywhere. If they opt in, they receive a permanent code by email for future VayaPin-enabled stores.
Does this work with my theme and checkout setup?
Yes, for typical WooCommerce themes, classic checkout and WooCommerce Blocks. The widget position is configurable (above/below billing, above shipping, or custom hook). Heavily modified checkouts may need developer support — see Troubleshooting → VayaPin field doesn't appear at checkout.
Is customer data secure and GDPR compliant?
Traffic uses encrypted connections. Customers should explicitly authorise sharing VayaPin data at checkout. VayaPin publishes compliance documentation; you remain responsible for lawful basis, notices, and regional rules. The API key is stored encrypted at rest in the WordPress options table.
What if a customer moves or changes contact details?
When they update their VayaPin, the next lookup reflects current details — fewer stale addresses on repeat orders. If webhooks are configured, you'll also receive a pin.address_updated event in real time.
Do my customers need the VayaPin Chrome extension?
No. The WooCommerce plugin is independent of any browser extension. Shoppers enter the code in the checkout field. The Chrome extension is a separate product for other sites.
What data does my store receive per order?
Typically: full name, address, phone, email, city, postcode, country, GPS coordinates (lat/long), entrance type, and custom delivery instructions from the VayaPin profile — exact fields depend on API response and settings.
What happens if I exceed my monthly conversion limit?
The plugin keeps working while VayaPin applies account rules. You'll get email alerts at 80% and 100% of quota; overages may bill per conversion — see vayapin.com/pricing. Also see Troubleshooting → Quota exhausted.
Can I use this on multiple WooCommerce sites?
Yes. Each site should use its own API token; one VayaPin developer account can manage multiple tokens. Limits apply per token, not only per account.
What payment gateways does VayaPin work with?
All major WooCommerce gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Square, WooPayments, etc.). VayaPin handles address autofill only, not payment processing.
Do you offer refunds?
Paid SaaS subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee per VayaPin policy (contact support@vayapin.com within 30 days of first charge). The WordPress plugin itself is free; the guarantee applies to paid API/SaaS plans.
Is HPOS supported?
Yes — VayaPin order metaboxes and the QR sticker are HPOS-compatible.
